Boarding Pay
Boarding Pay is classified as add pay, meaning it is paid in addition to the value of your trip. For each actual boarding, Flight Attendants earn 50% of their hourly pay rate. Boarding pay will add another on average 7.4% increase to Flight Attendant paychecks.
Sit Pay
Sit Pay is a new component of TA2 intended to reduce sit time between flights. Whenever a Flight Attendant is scheduled or rescheduled for a sit that is longer than two hours and thirty minutes (2:30) between two flight segments in the same duty period, this new contractual language ensures that Flight Attendants are compensated.
