The Negotiations Survey is Now Closed

As of noon Eastern Time, the Negotiations Survey has closed. A total of 16,374 Members, representing 57.52% of our Flight Attendant Population, participated. We appreciate everyone who took the time to share their valuable feedback with our Negotiating Committee. 

What’s Next?

Over the next several weeks, the Negotiating Committee, supported by AFA Legal and our Professional Negotiators, will review the survey data. Based on the survey results, which will include the essay responses provided by Members, we will identify a targeted set of issues and develop proposals in advance of our return to the bargaining table. 

Once these have been established, the TA2 proposals will be presented to your elected leadership, the Master Executive Council, for review, discussion, and approval.
