Base Pay

Following the ratification of Tentative Agreement 2 (TA2), pay rates will adjust effective May 31, 2026. Flight Attendants will see their new compensation reflected for the first time on the July 2026 paycheck. 

For the first year of the agreement (2026), Flight Attendants shall receive two contractual raises. The first will commence on May 31,  2026. The second will take effect on July 30, 2026. All Base Pay increases set for each year of the agreement will be paid on the anniversary of the second pay raise, July 30th 2027, July 30th 2028, July 30th 2029, and July 30th 2030.

Flight Attendants who have not reached year 13+ on the payscale will receive two Base Pay increases each year of the agreement, and in some cases three in the first year of the agreement (2026). One increase on their anniversary and one increase per year of the agreement on July 30th of that year, up to 2030.
