The Official United AFA Negotiations Survey is Now Open. This survey aims to identify Flight Attendants' core priorities and help prepare new proposals, based on your feedback. Member participation is crucial for our path forward to TA2.

How to participate

• Estimated time: About 30 minutes

• You can start, pause, and resume the survey at any time.

Important: When you click Submit, your responses are final and cannot be edited after submission.

What to expect

• This is an interactive survey. Your responses will prompt the next question

• You will answer a series of questions about priorities, concerns, and proposals

• At the end of the survey, there is a space provided to share any additional feedback you may have

• All responses are anonymous and confidential, and will be reviewed by the Negotiating Committee

• If you have difficulties accessing the survey, there will be a link on the sign-in page for assistance.
